Welcome to Maintaining Green Infrastructure Stormwater Systems, a training series created by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society to create a pathway for those interested in pursuing careers in this emerging field. Each of these presentations can be viewed independently or together as a series.
The chemicals we apply to our lawns can increase the pollutants entering local waterways. In addition to reducing the volume and velocity of stormwater runoff, we can also improve water quality by applying the organic turf management principles that are explained in this session.
