At a recent meeting of self-described "stormwater geeks" facilitated by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, Chesapeake Stormwater Network, Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, and Water Environment Research Foundation, discussions ranged far and wide. At the end of the day (two days, actually),they came back to the central theme: local implementation is what will get the job done......
